Ushers
Ushers are an active
participant in each worship service. They distribute bulletins, gather the
offering, and assist the pastors and worshippers in many different ways.
Ushers serve for one month at a time, generally two to three times per year.
By volunteering for only 12 to 15 hours per year, you can help our worship
services run smoothly. Contact Tom Tennison or the church office for more
information on participating in this essential ministry.

Acolytes
The acolyte ministry is
a special way for youth to serve our congregation. An acolyte is
needed at each service to light the candles and assist the pastors
with the offering, communion and with other duties. Boys and girls may
participate once they reach 4th grade. Contact the
church office if you are interested in participating in this special
ministry.

Greeters
Before each service,
members of the Greeters Team stand at the church doors to greet each
person with a smile as they enter into God's house. This is a great
way to meet other members, but also to meet visitors and welcome
them into our caring and sharing congregation. Contact Kristen Anson

Coffee Service
The Coffee Corner group
enjoys serving refreshments after Sunday morning services. We hope
that by getting people to stop and have a cup of coffee or juice
and a cookie, they will also spend some time on the patio to meet
a new friend, share a story with an old friend, or just take a few
moments to enjoy the Arizona sunshine.
Coffee Corner
servers are men, women, and families. We are always looking for
new helpers. Being in our group is an easy way to "get involved",
even if you only have a small amount of time to share. Contact
Lori Gindlesperger or the church office for more information on
helping with this enjoyable ministry.

Cookie Contributors
Do you ache to bake, care to share, or like to treat with
sweets? Then the Cookie Contributor group is for you! Sign up
to share your favorite home-baked creations or store bought
goodies. As a Cookie Contributor, you will be assigned to bring
cookies for one Sunday morning per year (250 to 350 depending on
the season). Sign up with a friend to share the amount if you
like. Need more details or want to volunteer? Contact Lori
Gindlesperger or the church office for more information.

Altar Guild
Altar Guild prepares the church for the service each week. By
giving just a few hours a month, one or two months a year, you
can serve the Lord and your church in a meaningful and

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center offers a special welcome to those attending our
church for the first time. Volunteers offer information regarding
services and programs, and often introduce a newcomer to other
members to help them be more at ease. They encourage visitors to
sign the visitor log giving us an opportunity to further communicate
by letter, phone and the newsletter informing them of programs and
services offered at Holy Trinity. Contact Sally Nelson or the church
office for information on joining this area of ministry.
