Senegalese Drum Circle
The West Coast percussion masters Dethie Sarr "Pape" Diouf and Dr. Sonja Branch take the lead hosting a drum circle and you're invited. We've got you covered with Senegalese sabar drums to learn the ins and outs and participate.
If you are interested in playing, please RSVP to Charles at charles@htlutheran.com. The cost is only $10.
While the drum circle kicks off at 7pm, there will be a dinner at 6pm of Senegalese-style food hosted by members of our community who've traveled to Africa. So join us for an evening of dinner and drumming.
